"If you would really like to be ripped off, use their services. Within a matter of months, my premium increased by almost $100. Every few months, there is a huge increase without a reason other than that I must pay for delinquent drivers in Florida who have no insurance. I only reviewed and addressed the unjust increase a few months ago (and before that) and made adjustments including a higher deductible only to receive notification that my bill has once again increased by almost $50. Large increases over short periods. That is the pattern with this office. They can also never contact you when you inquire. These people are cruel and insensitive. They only care about padding their pockets. At this point, I feel targeted. You believe people do not work hard for their money and simply do not care. Simply bullies exploiting the industry and people. They are very dishonest. Imagine paying a premium similar to (or in some cases, more than) what you would pay for a car payment. I am speaking as a longstanding customer. This is what I receive in return. I am still waiting to hear from them regarding this increase once again. They keep taking from you. Nothing makes sense. I never write reviews but had to in this case. One simple car, a good record as a customer, and a good payment history and this is my reward. Before you choose to use this office and company (Chris Melly/State Farm), reread my comment and remember, you were warned."

"For the past 5 years we have had our home, auto and golf cart insurance through The Christopher Melly Agency. Great service and reasonable pricing through State Farm.
